1. Order Processing Time

  • Timeline: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once your package is in transit.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We offer reliable shipping options across the United States and to select international destinations.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

4. Delivery & Signature

To ensure the safe arrival of our high-end collections, we ship via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

  • Secure Delivery: For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your items reach you directly.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Elyviana is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Currently, we are unable to ship large kitchenware sets or fragile items to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for guaranteed delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email service@elyviana.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  2. Documentation: If the package is damaged, please take clear photos of the exterior box and the internal products.

  3. Resolution: Our team will work swiftly with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement for you.
