1. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways to ensure your financial safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at (+1) 914 481 9423 within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping stage, it can no longer be modified.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order? Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we bring the Elyviana culinary experience to kitchens worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my package? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.


3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We take immense pride in the quality of our kitchenware. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please refer to our [Returns Page] for full details.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? Quality control is our priority, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at service@elyviana.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement immediately.


4. PRODUCT CARE & QUALITY

Are Elyviana products dishwasher safe? While many of our glass and stainless steel items are dishwasher safe, we generally recommend hand washing for our premium collections to preserve their finish and longevity. Specific care instructions are included on each product page.

Where are your products designed? Our collections are curated and inspired by the professional culinary standards of our home base in Los Angeles, focusing on a perfect balance of ergonomic function and high-end aesthetic.
